The UAE Cybersecurity Council has partnered with e& UAE to launch the Al Ain Innovation Centre, aiming to enhance digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and talent development. This partnership was announced during GISEC Global 2025 and signifies a pivotal step in the UAE’s commitment to becoming a global hub for innovation and a knowledge-based economy.

The Al Ain Innovation Centre will function as a collaborative platform that focuses on applied research, talent development, and the support of startups in key technology areas, including artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and intelligent device development. This initiative aims to empower various stakeholders, such as technology firms, academic institutions, and governmental bodies, to co-create solutions that align with national objectives.

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, stated that the Centre represents a significant milestone in bolstering the UAE’s global leadership in advanced technologies and cybersecurity. He emphasized that the initiative will cultivate national talent and contribute to a resilient digital economy through innovation and collaboration across multiple sectors.

Masood M. Sharif Mahmood, Chief Executive Officer of e& UAE, highlighted that the Centre will play a crucial role in achieving the UAE’s vision of being a global leader in innovation and emerging technologies.
