Parkin Compan, which runs the most paid public parking lots and services in Dubai, has released a new mobile app that should make parking easier for both locals and tourists. This app has many features that are meant to make driving easier, make things more accessible, and help people get around cities more quickly.

Three ways exist for users to sign up for the app: they can make an account, use the UAE Pass, or log in with their RTA account. Customers can easily pay for public parking, such as multi-story parking lots and development parking, once they are logged in. The app also lets you handle your wallet so that you can easily add money to it, your vehicles, and seasonal subscription services to make things even easier.
People can use the app to pay parking tickets, challenge charges, and ask for refunds. Its clustering feature helps users find real-time parking spots that are open, and its advanced search features make it easy to find on-street and off-street parking choices that are open right now. A “PayLater” option lets you choose when to make payments, and “dynamic auto-renewal” makes sure that paying your parking fee is easy. Users can also plan ahead for future parking and add parking passes to their device wallets so they are easy to get to.
CEO of Parkin, Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, said that the app was made to make things easier for customers. He said, “The Parkin app is designed with our customers in mind, offering an intuitive and efficient solution that puts user convenience at the forefront.” By making parking easier, the app helps Dubai reach its goal of being a sustainable and linked city by 2040.
In future updates, the app will add value-added services like charging for electric vehicles (EVs). Customers will be able to use a digital wallet to pay for both parking fees and EV charge rates all at once. The app will also include ENOC car care and maintenance services, like washing your car and refueling your phone, which will be offered at some Parkin locations. The goal of this partnership is to combine the mobile apps and digital wallets of both businesses, making the digital experience more unified and easy to use.
