The new service combines three essential procedures into a single digital platform: the discharge of mortgage, registering a property transfer, and registering a mortgage. By bringing all involved parties together on a secure online platform, the Virtual Sell and Purchase service aims to provide a smoother and more efficient customer experience.

This service features a groundbreaking virtual presence capability, enabling all parties to conduct their parts of the transaction remotely. This advancement in digital innovation reduces the need for physical meetings and document exchanges, thus cutting down processing times while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

The launch of the Virtual Sell and Purchase service is facilitated through ADGM’s cutting-edge digital property platform, AccessRP, developed in collaboration with ADGM’s strategic partner, ADRES. AccessRP offers a wide range of real estate transaction services, from buying and selling to off-plan development and mortgage services, thus providing comprehensive solutions for developers, owners, and investors.
