The UAE government has recently approved a new work system that allows federal employees to work remotely from locations outside the country. This initiative, announced during a Cabinet meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aims to attract global talent to enhance government projects, studies, and specialized tasks.

“We also approved the Remote Work System from Outside the Country in the Federal Government,” Sheikh Mohammed said, according to Gulf News. “This will allow the UAE to use global expertise and specialized talent to carry out projects and studies for federal entities.”
