Sharjah Airport has successfully renewed its Level 2 “Airport Customer Experience Accreditation” from Airports Council International (ACI). This achievement underscores the airport’s commitment to excellence in the regional aviation sector and its dedication to providing a safe, smart, and seamless travel experience. The renewal of this accreditation was secured after the airport met all necessary criteria, ensuring a high-quality passenger experience in alignment with international standards. Sharjah Airport first obtained this accreditation in 2022.

Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA), stated that the renewal of ACI’s Customer Experience Accreditation signifies a global endorsement of the airport’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences. He described this milestone as a testament to the SAA’s vision of creating an integrated operational model that transforms travel into a positive and smooth experience. This achievement aims to elevate passenger satisfaction levels and align with global best practices, contributing to the strategic goal of ranking Sharjah Airport among the top five regional airports.
