The RTA aims to achieve several key outcomes, including a productivity boost of 25 to 40 percent, a cost reduction of 10 to 20 percent, and an increase in customer satisfaction by 35 percent. The strategy encompasses six strategic pillars, focusing on aspects such as people happiness, innovative mobility, and intelligent traffic management.
In a statement shared on social media, the RTA emphasized its commitment to establishing a connected and integrated transport ecosystem that supports AI-driven mobility. They stated, “Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has rolled out its Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2030 during Dubai Al Week 2025, which aims to strengthen RTA’s global pioneership in AI-driven mobility by establishing an integrated, interconnected ecosystem that enhances the quality of life in Dubai.”
