The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has released the operating hours for its various services during Ramadan. This announcement includes the schedules for the Metro, Tram, paid parking zones, public buses, marine transport, and Customer Happiness Centres.

Accoding to Gulf news, the Dubai Metro will operate its Red and Green line stations from Monday to Thursday between 5 am and midnight. On Fridays, the service will run from 5 am to 1 am the following day, while on Saturdays it will again follow the same 5 am to midnight schedule. Sundays will see service beginning at 8 am and ending at midnight.

For the Dubai Tram, operating hours will be Monday to Saturday from 6 am until 1 am the next day, and on Sundays from 9 am to 1 am the following day. Commuters using public buses and marine transport are advised to check for any schedule changes via the S’hail App.

Public parking will be available from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm, and again from 8 pm to midnight. Multi-level parking buildings will be operational 24 hours a day. The Customer Happiness Centres located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara will be open from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm. However, Smart Customer Happiness Centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s Head Office will remain open around the clock.

Service provider centres have varied hours, with locations like Tasjeel Jebel Ali open Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 7 am to 4 pm, and Fridays from 7 am to 12 pm. Other centres in Hatta and Al Qusais will have specific operating hours, with vehicle testing services available from 4:01 pm to 7:59 pm throughout the week.

Overall, the RTA has made these adjustments to accommodate the needs of the community during Ramadan, ensuring that essential transport services remain accessible.
