Abu Dhabi has made significant strides in bolstering its tourism industry by establishing strategic partnerships with 17 leading travel companies from China. This initiative aims to attract 39 million visitors to the emirate by the year 2030, showcasing Abu Dhabi’s commitment to enhancing its tourism sector.

The partnerships were formalized during a recent event and are part of Abu Dhabi’s broader strategy to position itself as a premier global travel destination. Officials stated that these collaborations will facilitate better access for Chinese tourists, who represent a growing segment of the international visitor market.
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi emphasized that the partnerships are designed to elevate the overall visitor experience in the city. In their view, attracting a substantial number of tourists will not only boost the local economy but will also promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between nations.
By engaging with these Chinese travel companies, Abu Dhabi aims to leverage their extensive networks and expertise to enhance travel packages and offerings tailored for Chinese visitors.
