Qatar Tourism and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing regional tourism through a new twin-city holiday offering. This initiative allows travelers to easily combine visits to Doha and Abu Dhabi into a single itinerary, facilitating exploration of both destinations in one trip.

The twin-city travel package is a collaborative effort between Qatar Airways Holidays and Etihad Holidays, operated by Capital Holidays, which is part of the ADNEC Group. These packages will be tailored to include a variety of hotels and experiences, creating integrated travel itineraries that reflect the unique offerings of both cities.
Promotion of these travel packages will target tour operators in key markets throughout Europe and North America, according to a media release from Qatar Tourism. This initiative represents a shared ambition to expand the region’s tourism offerings, attract new visitors, and establish the Gulf as a unified, world-class travel destination.
By simplifying travel between Qatar and the UAE, the twin-centre packages aim to provide tourists with a diverse range of cultural, leisure, and hospitality experiences. This collaboration not only boosts international visibility for both Qatar and Abu Dhabi but also promotes cross-border tourism and contributes to economic growth in the region.
