VEON is currently in discussions with Starlink regarding potential partnerships in all markets where the telecommunications group operates, as stated by its CEO Kaan Terzioglu on Wednesday.

In addition to exploring partnerships, Terzioglu mentioned that the company is considering a dual listing of both VEON and its subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates within the next three to five years. This move could enhance VEON’s presence and operations in the region.
