Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC), a leading institution focused on women’s wellness, empowerment, and community development, has announced a significant digital transformation initiative in collaboration with Exalogic Consulting and SAP. This project marks a crucial step towards modernizing SLC’s operations and enhancing the member experience through advanced intelligent enterprise solutions.

The formal launch of the transformation took place at a signing ceremony at SLC’s headquarters, showcasing the organization’s dedication to innovation, operational excellence, and future-ready capabilities across its various departments and services.
Khawla Al Serkal, the Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club, stated, “This project is a reflection of our vision to elevate the standards of service, operational excellence, and member satisfaction at Sharjah Ladies Club.” She emphasized that digital transformation serves as a catalyst for innovation and expressed gratitude for the partnership with Exalogic.
Central to this initiative is the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors, two leading platforms designed to integrate key functions in finance, procurement, human resources, and member services. The new system aims to provide real-time data insights, streamline business processes, and establish a scalable foundation for ongoing innovation.
Dr. Khadeeja Mansoor, Deputy Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Sharjah Ladies Club, remarked, “As we move toward a more data-driven future, having a modern ERP backbone is critical.” She noted that SAP will provide the necessary agility and intelligence to better serve members and empower the club’s teams.
Exalogic Consulting, recognized as a regional leader in enterprise transformation and AI-powered solutions, will spearhead the digital transformation. The initiative is specifically tailored to address SLC’s unique operational environment, making it one of the first digital transformations designed for a women-centric institution in the region.
