Norma Inc., a leading quantum computing and innovative technology firm based in South Korea, has signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Fardan Ventures, a prominent investment and innovation firm in the Middle East. This agreement was formalized in Seoul, with Dr. Hyun-Chul Jung, CEO of Norma Inc., and Mr. Mohammed Ebrahim Al Fardan, CEO of Al Fardan Ventures, present at the signing.

The collaboration aims to establish a state-of-the-art Quantum Computing Research & Development and Manufacturing Facility in the Middle East. This facility is expected to position the region at the forefront of next-generation technologies. The joint initiative will address the region’s increasing demands for artificial intelligence (AI), data center infrastructure, and cloud computing, while also focusing on groundbreaking innovations in cybersecurity and quantum technologies.

Dr. Jung plans to visit the Middle East in the coming months to meet with senior government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of their strategic plan. He stated, “This partnership marks a pivotal milestone in Norma’s global strategy.” This reflects the commitment of both companies to drive technological transformation and economic growth in the region.

Mr. Al Fardan expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting that it would create a strong foundation for quantum computing, AI, data centers, and cybersecurity in the Middle East.
