His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser, emphasized the importance of strengthening economic and technology partnerships with the United States during his recent discussions with members of the Trump administration. This meeting took place on Monday as part of Sheikh Tahnoon’s official visit to the US.

During his trip, Sheikh Tahnoon also engaged with senior executives from major technology companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Palantir, Oracle, BlackRock, NVIDIA, and xAI. The UAE is seeking to enhance its investment footprint in the US and expand collaborations in areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced technology, energy, infrastructure, and life sciences.
The discussions are aimed at reinforcing the longstanding strategic partnership between the US and UAE. Yousef Al Otaiba, the UAE Ambassador to the US, stated that the US continues to be a key partner in these sectors and highlighted the ambitious plans to deepen cooperation.
Additionally, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, met with US Vice President and Ambassador Al Otaiba at the White House. They discussed enhancing collaboration in energy investment, technological leadership, and driving unprecedented economic growth, as shared by the UAE mission to the US.
