The MoU was executed by Dr. Mohammed Ateeq Al Falahi, the Director-General of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and Eric Leandre, the CEO of Aleria Technologies. The partnership is focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to tackle challenges faced in humanitarian efforts, with a particular emphasis on improving field operations.

The initiative is expected to automate a range of administrative tasks, effectively identifying the most urgent geographic areas for aid. This will prioritize the delivery of assistance, reduce emergency response times, and enable swift relief to regions affected by crises worldwide. AI technologies will be integrated into all stages of the Foundation’s humanitarian aid delivery process, which includes data analysis, request processing, needs assessment, inventory management, and planning of events.

The Foundation highlighted the potential of AI technologies to significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities in need. By improving the efficiency of charitable and humanitarian systems, the collaboration aims to broaden the reach of aid delivery while automating logistical and administrative tasks. This approach is designed to save time and resources, allowing for more effective operations that can be completed swiftly and accurately.
