Oracle has announced a partnership with UAE-based technology firm Open Innovation AI to enhance the adoption of sovereign AI solutions across the EMEA region. Open Innovation AI will utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s AI capabilities, including specialized bare metal GPU instances, to support its comprehensive sovereign AI platform. This infrastructure allows for the efficient management of GPU resources at scale, enabling Open Innovation AI to offer its solutions to Oracle’s extensive customer base.

Dr. Abed Benaichouche, CEO of Open Innovation AI, highlighted that this partnership represents a significant step towards democratizing access to sovereign AI solutions in EMEA.
