The enhancements to Log360 include proactive threat intelligence through dark web monitoring, enriched security events for quicker alert analysis, and a more robust correlation engine to detect complex threats. Manikandan Thangaraj, vice president at ManageEngine, emphasized that the platform is designed not only for current capabilities but also to empower future innovations, enabling users to integrate advanced technologies such as AI and compliance frameworks seamlessly.

Key features of the new platform include unified visibility for threat identification and response, large-scale customization through API-driven integrations, and the capability for rapid innovation with AI and machine learning technologies. Furthermore, the platform promotes industry-specific threat intelligence sharing, allowing smaller teams to leverage collective knowledge to enhance incident response. Compliance agility is also a priority, as the developer ecosystem supports quick updates to meet new regulations.

Looking to the future, ManageEngine has partnered with Sacumen, a cybersecurity firm specializing in product engineering, to further develop Log360’s capabilities. Nitesh Sinha, CEO and founder of Sacumen, noted that their collaboration aims to create connectors that enhance Log360’s integration with the broader security ecosystem, thus maximizing its value for users.

Log360 is available in both on-premises and cloud formats, with the cloud version offered in four tiers: Basic, Standard, Professional, and MSSP. The Basic edition is priced at $300 per year, featuring 75GB of storage and a 90-day search retention period, while the on-premises version starts at $1,540.
