Alexander Heller, CEO of HyperSpace, the company behind the project, highlighted the park’s innovative design. According to Gulf News, Alexander Heller described House of Hype as a unique opportunity to establish a large-scale immersive amusement park in the heart of one of the world’s most visited cities and malls.

The park is designed as an interactive and tech-driven space, offering visitors a mix of entertainment and digital experiences. Heller explained that the attraction functions like a giant physical video game and is aligned with the global trend of immersive entertainment.

Tickets for House of Hype start at Dh149 for general admission, while the Hyperpass costs Dh249. Although the exact investment was not disclosed, Heller mentioned that this park represents one of the highest spends per square foot at The Dubai Mall.

This latest addition reflects a broader shift in entertainment at UAE malls, which are increasingly focusing on digital and immersive offerings to cater to evolving visitor preferences.
