Bvlgari is set to launch an ultra-luxury resort and mansions project on a private island in Abu Dhabi, with plans for it to open in 2030. The esteemed Italian luxury brand has partnered with UAE real estate company Eagle Hills for this impressive development, which will include 60 rooms and suites, 30 beachfront villas equipped with private pools, and 90 luxurious mansions. The project aims to blend Italian sophistication with Arabian heritage, promising a unique five-star hospitality experience.

The resort will be located on a private, horseshoe-shaped island, offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi’s iconic skyline, including the Qasr Al Watan. Guests will have dramatic access to the island either by sea or via a custom-built bridge, creating an immediate sense of ultra-luxury upon arrival. The architectural design will feature gold-and-glass elements crafted by Milan-based ACPV ARCHITECTS, while the landscaping will be curated by LAND SRL, ensuring a harmonious blend of styles.
Visitors can expect the full Bvlgari experience, which is renowned for its exceptional service and culinary offerings. Signature dining options will include Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, an exclusive Japanese restaurant called Hōseki, Turkish beachside dining at La Spiaggia, and Il Caffè for casual coffee gatherings. A massive 2 000 sqm spa will cater to wellness enthusiasts, featuring a 25-metre lap pool and a sanctuary inspired by Emirati cultural traditions.
Additionally, the development will include a private 40-berth marina, designed for exclusive membership, catering to guests who enjoy sailing and picturesque sunset views. Although the opening is still years away, the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions in Abu Dhabi promises to be a destination for those seeking quiet luxury and unforgettable experiences.
