Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi was the son of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice-Chairman of Beeah, noted that the residential freehold property market in Sharjah is experiencing significant growth, with increasing demand for new homes in quality developments.

The property market in Sharjah is booming, supported by rising demand from both end-users and investors. Beeah’s entry into real estate with the Khalid Bin Sultan City project is viewed as a timely move to capitalize on this trend.

Khalid Bin Sultan City will be located in Rodhat Al Sidir, the same area where Beeah’s headquarters is situated. The development will feature villas, townhouses, and apartments, with specific pricing and sales details to be announced soon. Al Huraimel explained that the city will cover a 1.5-kilometer stretch, organized into seven neighborhoods and conveniently located near two major highways, including one connecting to Sharjah Airport.

Given Beeah’s commitment to sustainability, the new development aims to achieve Net Zero waste and establish itself as a ‘climate-smart’ destination. The project is set to include 1 500 homes and will incorporate various elements to create a fully integrated and self-sustained community. It will also be in proximity to the Sharjah Media City (Shams) and the Masaar development from Arada.
