The VYOM platform aims to empower property owners by providing them with complete control over their transactions. In addition to facilitating sales, the platform is expected to assist owners in renting out their units in the near future.

Mohamed Ali Alabbar, founder of Emaar, emphasized the importance of adapting to the changing real estate landscape, stating, “As the real estate landscape shifts, so must we.” He further described VYOM as a transformative approach to property resale, highlighting its focus on autonomy, trust, and speed for customers. The platform intends to address persistent issues like pricing discrepancies, market opacity, and gaps in communication within the industry.
