Sharjah Developer Arada Unveils Twin-Tower ‘Akala’ Project in Dubai

The Sharjah master-developer Arada has announced its first hotel and residential development in Dubai, named ‘Akala.’ The term ‘Akala’ comes from the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit and means ‘beyond time.’ This project is strategically located between the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Downtown Dubai.

The development will consist of twin towers, each standing at 220 meters. Arada has designed ‘Akala’ to be an end-to-end wellness and healing destination, suitable for both living and staying. The company is set to begin sales for the Dh5 billion project on May 31.
