Dubai’s NOVVI Properties is set to attract foreign investors through a series of roadshows in Italy, scheduled from May 23 to May 31. This initiative comes at a time when the US dollar has weakened against the euro and the British pound, making Dubai real estate more appealing. With properties now estimated to be 10 percent cheaper for euro and sterling investors, this presents a key opportunity for investment.

Mario Volpi, Head of Brokerage at NOVVI Properties, emphasized the timing, stating, “Now is a perfect time for international investors to consider entering the thriving Dubai real estate market.” The choice of Italy for these events is strategic, as there has been a noticeable increase in interest from Italian investors in Dubai’s property market.
Dubai offers several compelling reasons for investment, starting with its safety and stability. The city is known for its low crime rates and a stable political environment, providing a secure atmosphere for investors. Additionally, Dubai is recognized as a business-friendly hub, with straightforward processes for establishing businesses and numerous free zones that facilitate entrepreneurship.
A significant attraction is the 10-year Golden Visa program, which grants residency to property investors whose investments are valued at least Dh2 million. This visa not only provides residency but also opens up various work opportunities in the city.
Another appealing aspect of investing in Dubai is its tax-free status, which includes no property taxes or capital gains taxes. This favorable financial landscape allows investors to maximize their returns, especially compared to many other jurisdictions.
Moreover, Dubai’s warm climate and stunning beaches enhance its appeal as a year-round destination, driving rental demand and property appreciation. The city is also home to world-class education and healthcare facilities, ensuring a high quality of life for residents.
During the roadshows, NOVVI Properties will hold informative sessions to discuss the benefits of investing in Dubai’s property market, including guidance on business setup and Golden Visa applications. Investors attending the events will receive assistance in obtaining the Golden Visa, provided their property investment meets the minimum requirement.
The roadshow will take place in Milan at the Four Seasons on May 23-24, in Rome at the St Regis on May 27-28, and in Naples at the De Bonnart hotel on May 30-31. Attendance is free, but registration is required due to limited seating.
