Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has announced that residential sales for its upcoming Heights Tower will begin on April 16. This development will feature 366 luxury residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes, and is positioned on the last plot within the original DIFC district.

Heights Tower, developed by DIFC Developments, aims to establish a new “live-work-play” destination, providing a premium address at the center of the expanding international community in DIFC. The tower is located next to the forthcoming Four Seasons Private Residences and offers direct access to Gate Avenue, DIFC’s retail and lifestyle hub.
Scheduled for completion in 2029, Heights Tower represents DIFC’s second residential project and is a significant step in the center’s growth as both a business and lifestyle hub. In addition to the residential units, the project will include seven floors of shell and core office space, alongside retail areas designed for food and beverage outlets and shops. The residential component will span 32 floors.
Savills has been appointed as the master broker for the Heights Tower, which follows several major announcements from DIFC in 2024 aimed at attracting global businesses, residents, and investors. Saleh Al Akrabi, chief real estate officer of DIFC Investments, emphasized that the Heights Tower reflects DIFC’s commitment to building a vibrant and sustainable community, aligning with Dubai’s growing reputation as a live-work-play lifestyle destination. He stated that the tower sets a new benchmark for urban living, integrating wellbeing, connectivity, and convenience for ambitious professionals in finance and innovation.
The development will incorporate biophilic design principles, showcasing interlocking geometries and smart, contactless communal workspaces. Additional lifestyle features will include a curated mix of retail and dining options, a family lounge, a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. In line with DIFC’s sustainability objectives, Heights Tower aims to achieve LEED Platinum Certification.
Located on Al Sukuk Street, the building will provide panoramic views of Dubai Creek Harbour to the east and the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline to the west, with select units offering vistas of the Burj Khalifa.
