Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company has announced the expected completion dates for several key projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The W Residences in Downtown Dubai is projected to be finished in the third quarter of 2026. This luxury tower, launched in early 2022, will feature 383 units, including amenities such as an infinity outdoor pool and a private cinema.

Another significant project, the 20-storey DG 1 tower, also located in Downtown Dubai, is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026. Designed by Gensler Architects, this tower will consist of 249 residential units. In addition, the refurbishment of the Da Vinci Tower by Pagani is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025. Originally acquired in the fourth quarter of 2021, the tower will undergo a complete façade and interior refurbishment and will include 85 luxury apartments across its 19 floors.

In Saudi Arabia, the Etoile by Elie Saab development in northern Riyadh is reported to be 85 percent complete as of December 2024, with full completion expected by November 2025. This project includes three distinct zones and seven villa typologies with plot sizes ranging from 200 to 350 square meters. The total built-up area for the project is 54,653 square meters. The major infrastructure phase was finished in 2023, with construction commencing in the second quarter of 2023 after the site was handed over to Dar Al Arkan.
