Burtville Developments, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has officially launched its first luxury hotel-branded residential project named Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 & 19. This development is located in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, and it comprises a total of 483 housing units designed to meet a wide variety of needs.

The Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence spans over 240 000 square feet and consists of two distinct buildings featuring six and nine floors. Notably, 60% of the total land area is dedicated to green spaces, enhancing the natural surroundings for residents. The project offers a diverse range of residential options, including one to five-bedroom units, simplex apartments, duplexes, ground floor villas, and sky villas, all equipped with maid’s rooms and laundry rooms. Each unit is finished with luxurious materials and comes fully furnished with high-end brands.

In total, the Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence will have a built-up area exceeding 915 000 square feet. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lake, and two large sandy beach pools, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Additional facilities include a 600-meter bicycle track, lounges for entertaining, Arabic tents for outdoor events, modern sports clubs, sports fields, and community gardens where residents can grow their own vegetables.

The development also features 11 elevators and provides buyers with a 7-year membership to Yas Beach Club for up to seven family members. Construction began earlier this year, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2028. Burtville has also reported significant progress on its other projects in Abu Dhabi, including 58% completion of Ville 11 and 10% progress on Ville 12 in Masdar City, along with advancements on Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 (12%) and Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 (8%) in Yas Bay on Yas Island.
