Alef, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, has awarded a contract worth AED 1.1 billion (approximately $299 million) to CC7 for the Al Mamsha Raseel project in Sharjah. This development is a significant part of the broader Al Mamsha Sharjah community, which will feature 11 buildings across the Darb and Nama clusters, providing a total of 1 915 residential units.

The project aims to redefine modern living in Sharjah by offering a combination of luxury, sustainability, and community-focused design. Work on the Al Mamsha Raseel project is expected to commence shortly, with completion projected for December 2028.
Issa Ataya, the CEO of Alef, stated that the appointment of CC7 is a major milestone in the development process. He emphasized that CC7’s expertise and commitment to quality are in alignment with Alef’s vision of creating outstanding living spaces tailored to the needs of contemporary families.
Additionally, Ataya noted that the project reflects Alef’s dedication to supporting the growth of Sharjah while delivering developments that prioritize sustainability and community engagement. Al Mamsha Raseel, which translates to “pure water” in Arabic, is designed to blend modern living with natural beauty, featuring interactive fountains and thoughtfully planned green spaces to create an inviting environment for residents.
