S&S Developments and Evolutions have officially launched Lume Residences, a new residential project located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. This development features a total of 178 residences within a structure that includes ground plus four podium levels and 14 floors above.

Lume Residences follows the successful debut of Rise Residences, which sold out just two months after its launch in December 2023. This latest project marks the second collaboration between S&S Developments and Evolutions, showcasing their commitment to enhancing the residential landscape in the area. The units, which include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, range in size up to 1,318 square feet.

The development offers a 60/40 payment plan and is set to be completed by June 2027. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities, which include a swimming pool, a gym, a rooftop padel court, and a clubhouse.

Ghaleb Samara, Founder and Partner of S&S Developments, expressed confidence in the partnership with Evolutions, stating that Lume Residences aims to redefine modern living standards in JVC.
