Standing at a height of 450 meters, Aeternitas Tower will be just 22 meters shorter than Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world located in New York City. The tower will be situated in Dubai Marina, offering residents stunning views of the Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Harbour.

Inside the tower, there will be a total of 649 luxury residences, including one to three-bedroom apartments, villas, and mansion duplexes. Residents will have access to a variety of hotel-like amenities, such as valet services, 24/7 concierge, housekeeping, and private chef services. Additional facilities will include a gym, yoga studio, swimming pool, padel court, private cinema, cigar room, library, and music room. Each resident will also receive a limited edition Franck Muller watch upon moving in. Notably, the penthouse in Aeternitas Tower has already sold for approximately Dhs500 million.

In addition to Aeternitas Tower, Dubai is witnessing the construction of the Burj Azizi, which will be the world’s second tallest tower. The city is also engaged in several other megaprojects, including Palm Jebel Ali and the World Islands, as well as various major developments throughout the UAE.
