Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract exceeding AED 2 billion to Arabian Construction Company. This contract is for the development of the Design Quarter, located within the Dubai Design District (d3), a hub for global creativity and design.

The Design Quarter will introduce the first residential community in d3 and is anticipated to be completed by mid-2027. The development will consist of 558 apartments distributed across three buildings, which will include one low-rise structure and two high-rise towers, all connected by a landscaped podium.
This landscaped podium will function as a social hub for residents, offering various amenities. It will feature co-working spaces, an indoor-outdoor gym, swimming pool facilities, barbecue areas, and children’s play zones, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
