Sharjah has transformed its rental services by launching the ‘Aqari‘ digital platform, which reduces the number of procedures from seven to just three. This significant change eliminates the need for in-person visits to various departments, which previously required five such visits.

The Aqari platform, introduced on Monday, is designed to enhance and simplify real estate services within the emirate. It serves as an integrated digital solution that aims to provide a more efficient experience for both residents and businesses engaged in the property market.
During its pilot phase, over 90 companies have registered on the platform, listing more than 4,791 properties. The government has also conducted nearly 100 training workshops, successfully equipping over 240 specialized users with the skills necessary to utilize the new system effectively.
Aqari is part of the broader Sharjah Digital Platform and is expected to significantly improve the real estate experience in the emirate, making it more transparent and accessible. The platform brings together 200 specialists from various government and private sectors to ensure its success.
Connecting with more than 20 local and federal entities, the Aqari platform streamlines processes by allowing users to access an innovative dashboard via the UAE Pass. This dashboard consolidates all real estate data in one location, enabling seamless property management through features such as “My Properties,” “My Contracts,” and real-time transaction tracking with market analytics.
Additionally, the Aqari platform offers a comprehensive Real Estate Guide and services for managing rental disputes, real estate transactions, and financing options. Users will also benefit from instant notifications that keep them updated on the latest real estate transactions, enhancing their overall experience.
