This marks the sixth master development from Damac Properties, which has experienced exceptional demand in Dubai’s property market over the past four years. The emirate’s population has reached an all-time high, attracting numerous foreign investors and millionaires seeking to benefit from rising returns on investments. Damac plans to maintain this momentum by launching additional projects in 2025.
Prices for one-bedroom apartments start at Dh 888,000, while two-bedroom apartments are available from Dh 1.42 million. Buyers can take advantage of a 70/30 payment plan, and the project is set to be handed over in May 2028.
In addition to its local developments, Damac Properties is also looking to expand its operations to the United States. Recently, the company’s founder, Hussain Sajwani, made headlines by announcing a $20 billion investment in the U.S. during a press conference with former President Donald Trump. Sajwani confirmed to Khaleej Times that Damac intends to invest in the U.S. real estate market as well.
Amira Sajwani, managing director of Damac Properties, highlighted that Riverside Views will offer stylish one and two-bedroom apartments within eight uniquely themed clusters: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sun, and Pacific. She stated that the project is designed to connect residents to nature and community, enhancing their sense of well-being and environmental connection. “We will continue to shape Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape and bring iconic products,” Sajwani added.
The Riverside Views project follows a record year for Damac Properties, which included the launch of major community developments such as Sun City and Damac Islands, alongside the announcement of Damac Riverside.
