Khazaen Economic City has finalized an investment agreement with Sohar Food & Beverage LLC to set up a beverage manufacturing facility in its designated Food City zone. This new project is valued at RO 8 million (approximately $20 million) and will cover an area of 15 000 square meters.

The facility will focus on producing carbonated drinks and natural juices, contributing to the local beverage market. This partnership was facilitated through the Invest in Oman lounge, which emphasizes the growing inter-agency cooperation aimed at attracting high-quality investments.

Moreover, the project aligns with national initiatives to enhance food security and increase local industrial value. The collaboration represents a significant step in supporting Oman’s economic diversification and industrial development efforts.
