The new site will initially focus on producing the RH25-120/90 open-state cavity barrier, which is designed for ventilated cladding systems. By establishing local manufacturing, Siderise has significantly reduced lead times from approximately six weeks to just four days, depending on the size of the order. This improvement is expected to enhance delivery speed and customer service for clients in the UAE and neighboring markets.

In addition to improving efficiency, the Dubai facility allows project teams to collaborate more effectively and adhere to project timelines. The expansion has also resulted in the creation of four new operational roles within Siderise’s Dubai team. Adam Turk, the CEO of Siderise, noted that the Middle East has been an important market for the company since 2008. He stated, “Investing in our new Dubai facility is a further demonstration of our determination to place Siderise as the leading brand for external passive fire solutions across the Middle East, India, and the Asia Pacific (MEIAP) region.”

Martyn Gillespie, managing director of Siderise MEIAP, emphasized that the new manufacturing site not only makes the company more agile but also reflects its global commitment to prioritizing customer needs. Headquartered in Bridgend, Wales, Siderise specializes in designing, manufacturing, and supplying fire safety products. In 2023, the company also opened a new innovation center to further its development efforts.
