JINGDONG Logistics, also known as JD Logistics, has significantly expanded its operations in the Middle East and North Africa by establishing five warehouses in the region. The company has been working to grow its presence in the Middle East for several years, having launched its first self-operated warehouse at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, UAE, in 2020.

In 2024, JINGDONG Logistics formed a strategic partnership with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to enhance the automation and upgrade of several warehouses. This collaboration aims to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs across the MENA region.
Following its initial warehouse in Dubai, JINGDONG opened a second facility in the same city, which provides integrated supply chain solutions for both Chinese brands seeking to expand globally and local brands, merchants, and traders. This operation facilitates coverage that stretches across Asia, Africa, and Europe.
Additionally, in early 2025, JINGDONG Logistics partnered with the Chinese automaker Chery to establish one of the largest automotive parts centers in the Middle East. This new parts hub utilizes advanced warehousing expertise and logistics technology, allowing JINGDONG to manage the design and planning of the facility.
The center offers comprehensive supply chain services, including container receiving, customs clearance, warehousing, quality inspection, storage, order processing, packaging, and outbound shipping. This facility is expected to significantly enhance parts logistics efficiency, catering to markets throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
