The funds will be allocated to support TruBuild’s product development efforts and to facilitate its expansion plans both within the Kingdom and internationally. Established in 2023 by Bisrat Degefa and Sari Sabban, TruBuild aims to address inefficiencies in the construction sector by utilizing AI-based tools to enhance collaboration and minimize project variations.

The construction industry suffers significant financial losses, exceeding $1.60 trillion annually, due to unexpected project changes, unclear scopes, and miscommunication among teams. TruBuild’s platform directly integrates with existing tools used by contractors, consultants, and project owners, working behind the scenes to identify early-stage risks and improve project outcomes.
