As Khaleej Times reports, with this acquisition, Devsinc aims to strengthen its presence in the digital retail and e-commerce sectors. The company has successfully completed 3,000 projects across 23 countries, enhancing its capability to serve existing customers in North America as well. The acquisition also involves Alchemative’s UnumPay payment gateway, which holds a significant 24 percent market share in Pakistan and serves 1,200 businesses. Devsinc’s roadmap for the UAE includes forming enterprise partnerships to deliver customized solutions for e-commerce platforms like Salesforce and Shopify, as well as offering cloud-based and AI-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, the company plans to localize UnumPay’s payment solutions to meet the specific demands of the UAE’s e-commerce sector while aligning with government initiatives for smart cities and digital-first economies.
The retail and e-commerce markets in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia are experiencing significant growth.
