Jumeirah has announced exciting plans for three significant new projects in Dubai, including the construction of a new five-star hotel. This new establishment, named Jumeirah Asora Bay, will feature both a hotel and upscale residences located on the La Mer South peninsula.

The hotel will offer stunning views of the water and will be designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment. It will consist of 103 rooms and 20 villas, catering to luxury travelers. Guests who fall in love with their stay can consider moving into one of the 29 residential units, which range from four to six bedrooms.
In addition to the hotel, the Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay will include a seven-bedroom penthouse and six ocean villas. Furthermore, Jumeirah has also introduced the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, which will comprise 754 apartments and amenities such as a padel court, fitness studio, private cinema, and a podium pool terrace.
Currently, an opening date for these projects has not been confirmed. The announcement follows the recent opening of the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hotel, which is designed in the shape of a superyacht and features luxury amenities including 386 rooms, a private beach, and a Talise Spa.
Thomas B. Meier, CEO of Jumeirah, stated that the new hotel and residences will extend the company’s footprint in Dubai, representing the future of the Jumeirah brand with a focus on distinctive experiences shaped by intentional design and holistic wellbeing.
