First Response Healthcare (FRH), a prominent provider of at-home healthcare services, has launched its new mobile app ‘Drect’ during its annual internal award ceremony in Dubai. This event, themed around technology, diversity, and growth, highlighted the company’s dedication to enhancing patient care through innovative solutions.

The Drect app is designed to make healthcare more accessible by allowing users to easily book and manage medical services with just a few taps. Patients can access doctors, pediatricians, and dentists 24/7, with an average arrival time of 30 minutes. The app also incorporates GPS technology for tracking medical teams and provides a secure storage system for test results, prescriptions, and invoices.
Tourists in the region can benefit from the app by simply scanning a QR code in their hotel room to request a doctor in just two clicks, ensuring peace of mind during their travels. It also features a Health Chat and Teleconsultation service, aligning with the company’s goal of making high-quality healthcare more convenient.
Pavan Sharma, Founder and CEO of First Response Healthcare, expressed his enthusiasm for the app’s launch, stating, “We’ve built Drect around the needs of our patients, making care more accessible, personalised, and seamless.” He emphasized that the app serves as a foundation for future innovations, including the integration of AI, IoT, and real-time health tracking.
Prashi Sharma, Chief Strategy Officer at FRH, added that the app answers a fundamental question at the company regarding how to enhance value for their patients. She noted that by merging convenience with intelligent technology, they aspire to create a more connected and proactive approach to primary care.
Since its establishment in 2018, FRH has set industry benchmarks in at-home healthcare, boasting JCI accreditation and DHA licensing. The company provides top-tier medical care to over 250 premium hotels and private clients, specializing in Pediatrician at Home and Dentist at Home services with portable medical equipment.
With the introduction of the Drect app and ongoing expansion plans, First Response Healthcare aims to further improve healthcare accessibility in the UAE, reinforcing its mission to deliver excellence in medical care.
