Sharjah City’s rental process has undergone significant improvements, as the application system is now fully accessible through digital platforms. This update aims to simplify procedures and enhance convenience for residents, aligning with the government’s broader initiative to digitize public services.

The enhancements were discussed during a meeting of the Sharjah Executive Council, chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. This meeting took place at the Ruler’s Office and focused on various topics, including the digital transformation of the rental process.

Among the key issues addressed was the review of proposed amendments to the law regarding judicial fees in the emirate. The Council agreed to submit these proposals to His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for final approval. Additionally, the meeting was attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi and Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, both Deputy Rulers and Deputy Chairmen of the Executive Council.

The Council also highlighted its commitment to enhancing public services across various sectors. Officials emphasized that the new digital rental process significantly improves accessibility and ease for residents, reflecting the Council’s dedication to modernizing government services to meet the needs of Sharjah’s growing population.
