The Charitable Society for Orphan Care in Riyadh, also known as Insan, transferred SR10.5 million ($2.8 million) to beneficiary families in early June, benefiting a total of 35 131 individuals. This initiative was reported by the Saudi Press Agency on Monday.

The funds distributed included direct cash payments, allowances for clothing, and provisions for food. Half of the total amount was specifically allocated to food supplies, while the remaining funds were dedicated to financial aid and clothing.
Insan employs a systematic approach in its operations, crediting beneficiary accounts at the start of each month to ensure consistent support for families in need. In addition to financial assistance, the organization offers educational programs, targeted initiatives, skill-building opportunities, and vocational training aimed at empowering children and improving their overall quality of life.
These efforts are in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to transition families from dependency to productivity and self-sufficiency.
