Since its inception, the campaign has garnered support from more than 160,560 contributors, showcasing a remarkable response from individuals, businesses, and various public and private sector organizations. The campaign was launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The primary goal of the campaign is not only to meet immediate healthcare and treatment needs but also to enhance the quality of life and overall well-being of vulnerable communities. It aims to foster stability and promote broader societal development throughout the UAE.

Mohammad Al Gergawi, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Secretary-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), emphasized that the campaign’s results surpassing initial targets reflect the significant impact of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s Ramadan initiatives. He noted that these initiatives have ignited a humanitarian movement within the UAE, inspiring generosity and reinforcing the country’s status as a leader in charitable efforts.

Al Gergawi stated, “The Fathers’ Endowment campaign, which honors fathers by creating a sustainable endowment fund dedicated to providing treatment and healthcare for the poor and needy, supports vulnerable populations in a critical area directly impacting their quality of life, stability, and ability to contribute to their communities’ development.” He also expressed that the initiative would effectively address the medical and health needs of these communities and offer new hope.

The campaign continues to accept donations from both institutions and individuals through six main channels. Contributions can be made via the campaign’s website (Fathersfund.ae) or through a dedicated call center at the toll-free number (800 4999). Donations can also be made through bank transfers to the campaign’s Emirates Islamic Bank account (IBAN: AE020340003518492868201).

Additionally, donations via SMS are available for Etisalat by e& and du users by sending the word “Father” to designated numbers for various donation amounts. Other platforms for donations include the DubaiNow app and Dubai’s community contributions platform, Jood (Jood.ae).
