The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) in the UAE has announced the launch of 18 services aimed at supporting business owners and domestic workers. These services are designed to facilitate various operational needs for establishments and their employees.

Business owners can access a range of reports through these services. Key offerings include the Wages Protection System (WPS) salary statement, a list of UAE National work permits, surplus bank guarantees, establishment business cancellation statements, and Emiratisation targets reports. Additionally, they can obtain copies of employment contracts and comprehensive reports about their establishments.
For private sector employees, the ministry allows the request for a ‘To Whom It May Concern’ certificate. Employers of domestic workers benefit from services such as accessing domestic worker account statements, obtaining wage protection reports, and acquiring copies of employment contracts, enhancing transparency and support for their workforce.
The services also encompass the payment of initial approval fees for work permits, evaluation fees for banned establishments, and work permit fines. Employers can also pay approval fees for individuals sponsored by relatives or Golden Visa holders, as well as establishment fines and expedited payments related to non-compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Scheme. These services are accessible through the ministry’s call center at 600590000.
