His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has announced a new financial assistance programme aimed at supporting families in need. This initiative is designed to help families improve their quality of life, with a target monthly income set at AED 17,500.

The financial aid program is expected to cost a total of AED 134.45 million and will benefit 2,114 families in Sharjah who currently earn less than the specified amount. This initiative is coordinated by the Social Services Department, which will oversee the distribution of funds and ensure that the families receive the necessary support.

The launch of this program reflects the government’s commitment to enhancing the welfare of its citizens and addressing the financial challenges faced by low-income families. By providing this assistance, the government aims to create a more equitable society and improve living standards for those in need.
