Amit Malhotra, Global Head of Retail Banking at ADIB, highlighted the bank’s dedication to simplifying banking for businesses and fostering economic growth. He said the partnership leverages ADIB’s expertise in Islamic banking to empower the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
This collaboration is expected to enhance the ease of doing business in the UAE, particularly as digital banking continues to grow in popularity. According to research by IDnow and YouGov, 76% of UAE residents prefer fully digital banking solutions, with higher-income groups showing even greater interest.
By combining IFZA’s infrastructure with ADIB’s financial expertise, the initiative aims to strengthen the UAE’s position as a global business hub.
