The Middle East Event Show (MEES) 2025 is scheduled to return for its 16th edition, taking place from June 17 to 18 at Sheikh Maktoum Hall in Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). This prominent event aims to unite over 5,000 professionals, including event architects, brand storytellers, AV pioneers, and venue visionaries, to foster innovation and partnerships in the live events and MICE industry.

In a significant development, the exhibition will be held at a new venue, marking a new chapter for MEES. The event will culminate with the Middle East Event Awards on June 19, hosted at the iconic Madinat Jumeirah. Attendees can expect over 60 free seminars and workshops designed to provide professional development, innovative insights, and business opportunities.

This year’s show features two seminar stages with more than 70 speakers participating in seminars, fireside chats, panel discussions, and masterclasses. Prominent regional leaders from organizations such as Coca-Cola Arena, DXB LIVE, and the Department of Culture & Tourism – Abu Dhabi will share their expertise. Key topics will include strategies for converting engagement into revenue, the evolution of experience design, and sustainable solutions for greener events.

Technology’s growing impact on the events industry will also be a focal point, with exhibitors showcasing AI-driven planning tools and interactive digital solutions that enhance engagement and efficiency. Over 100 innovative exhibitors will present cutting-edge products across event production, logistics, and creative services, fostering tailored networking opportunities.

Prominent exhibitors include Fifteen Eleven Events, which emphasizes its innovative approach to hospitality and logistics, and mediaPro International, known for supporting over 1,500 events annually. “The show presents an unrivalled platform to engage over 5,000 decision-makers and showcase next-gen solutions,” stated Sajan Raj, Business Development Manager at mediaPro.

On June 19, the Middle East Event Awards will honor exceptional achievements across 32 categories, with over 1,000 guests expected to attend. This event provides an opportunity to network with leading figures in the MICE and live events industry.

MEES attracts visitors from over 40 countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, the UK, and the US. According to 2024 data, 94% of visitors consider attending MEES important for their roles, while 95% of exhibitors expressed satisfaction with the event. Amar Daginawala, Exhibition Director of MEES, noted that the Middle East & Africa events market is projected to grow from USD 53.63 billion in 2022 to USD 76.67 billion by 2028, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 6.1%.
