A significant component of the exhibition will be the WORKSPACE Summit, which will host dedicated forums focusing on human-centric social spaces and ergonomics. The summit aims to provide interactive workshops that cater to the needs of neurodivergent adults, reflecting the growing awareness of mental health in workplace design.
With over 20 years of history, WORKSPACE has established itself as the premier exhibition for workspace design and office interiors in the Middle East and North Africa. Key exhibitors will include prominent companies such as Haworth, Steelcase, Interstuhl, and more, displaying innovations ranging from office technology to wellness solutions.
The event’s agenda has been expanded following a recent meeting of the WORKSPACE Summit Advisory Board, which consists of 14 representatives from major corporations like Microsoft and Emirates NBD. Marina Mrdjen, the Advisory Board Chair and Founder of Intelier, noted the need for more dynamic discussions, stating that last year’s summit featured 11 panel discussions with 53 speakers. This year, the summit intends to introduce more short-format sessions to enhance engagement and broaden its reach.
Elaine O’Connell, Senior VP of Design and Hospitality at dmg events, emphasized WORKSPACE’s role in shaping the future of the industry, describing it as the region’s premier platform for workplace innovation. She underscored that the 2025 edition will address wellness, flexibility, and purpose, providing practical solutions for exhibitors and attendees alike.
The Advisory Board also includes experts such as Iain Hird from Emirates NBD and Savas Cizmeci from Microsoft Middle East, all of whom contribute valuable insights into workplace transformation. Their collective expertise is aimed at ensuring the Summit remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
WORKSPACE will be co-located with INDEX and The Hotel Show, attracting an estimated 33,000 visitors and over 920 exhibitors across the three events. This collaboration is designed to create a comprehensive design ecosystem, allowing attendees to explore a wide spectrum of solutions in workplace, residential, and commercial interiors, further solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a hub for innovation.
