This event is organized through a partnership between Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (Dtec) and Entrepreneur Middle East. Dtec is recognized as the largest tech hub and coworking space in the MENA region and is an initiative of DSO, which is a member of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). The Dtec Forum is part of a series of educational events aimed at entrepreneurs throughout the year.

Hans Henrik Christensen, Vice President at Dtec, emphasized the forum’s role in exploring the evolving impact of Proptech on the real estate sector. He noted that with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 highlighting digital innovation as a key economic driver, the forum will illustrate how technology enhances efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence in real estate. Christensen stated, “By bringing together industry leaders, investors, and startups, Dtec continues to foster an environment where Proptech solutions can scale, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for smart and sustainable urban development.”

Wissam Younane, CEO of BNC Publishing, expressed excitement about the forum’s focus on the intersection of innovation and real estate. He remarked that the event aims to unlock smarter solutions that drive efficiency and enhance living and working spaces. Younane looks forward to hearing from entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of property through innovative ideas and transformative tools.

The Dtec Forum will delve into Dubai’s aspirations to become a global hub for real estate innovation and how it is nurturing its Proptech sector. This initiative is aligned with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which aims to boost transactions, attract international investors, and establish Dubai as a premier property investment destination. The event also supports the Dubai Digital Strategy, which seeks to digitalize various aspects of life in the city.

Scheduled activities include a registration period, opening remarks from Entrepreneur Middle East, and a welcoming address by Dtec. Keynote speeches will feature Badr Buhannad, Chief Corporate Support Officer of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, and Dr. Mahmoud AlBurai, Director of the Dubai Land Department. A panel discussion titled “VC Insights: Investing in Proptech Solutions” will feature Mohammed Omar Khan and Jonathan Lahyani, providing insights into building and funding Proptech innovations.

The event will also showcase case studies of Dubai’s most innovative Proptech enterprises, including Property Finder, Silkhaus, ProTenders, Prop-AI, and Takeem. Attendees are encouraged to secure their spots for this anticipated event by registering online.
