The 14th edition of the AIM Congress commenced today in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the theme “Mapping the Future of Global Investment: The New Wave of a Globalised Investment Landscape – Towards a New Balanced World Structure.” This event will take place until April 9 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and is expected to attract over 20 000 participants from 180 countries.

The congress gathers an impressive lineup of attendees, including heads of state, more than 60 ministers and central bank governors, 30 city mayors, 1 250 speakers, 16 global financial market representatives, and 600 exhibitors. This diverse participation highlights the congress’s reputation as a leading global investment platform.
Throughout the event, participants will engage in over 400 dialogue sessions, 13 high-level roundtable meetings, and 23 side events, all organized in collaboration with more than 400 international partners. Discussions will center on emerging trends and developments within the global investment landscape, addressing current and future challenges while promoting international cooperation to devise effective solutions that foster a balanced and sustainable global economy.
The significant international presence at the AIM Congress underscores the UAE’s strategic role in the investment sector, showcasing its investor-friendly environment and solidifying its status as a preferred global destination for investment and growth. Furthermore, the congress reaffirms the UAE’s standing as one of the world’s largest investing countries.
