The Dubai AI Festival 2025 is poised to make a significant impact on the global landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) during AI Week, taking place on April 23-24, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. This festival aims to unite AI and travel innovators to explore breakthroughs, investments, and the future of AI-driven industries. It is organized by the Dubai AI Campus in collaboration with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), according to Travel And Tour World.

Building on the success of its inaugural event, the festival aligns with His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision of establishing Dubai as a leader in AI and digital innovation. The event will gather global AI leaders, industry pioneers, policymakers, and investors to discuss the profound impacts of AI on business, society, and economic growth.
Artificial intelligence is expected to bring about a $15.7 trillion boost to the global economy by 2030, with a $320 billion contribution from the Middle East. The UAE is a frontrunner in AI adoption, with its AI market projected to reach $46.33 billion by 2033, and its machine learning sector anticipated to grow to $2.41 billion. Furthermore, AI-driven decision-making is expected to be implemented in over 80% of enterprises by 2026, indicating a major transformation in business operations.
The Dubai AI Campus is set to play a vital role in this development, expanding beyond 100 000 square feet and hosting over 500 AI-driven companies. This initiative is expected to generate more than 3 000 jobs and attract $300 million in AI investments by 2028. As a strategic hub, the campus aims to position Dubai as a leader in AI innovation, connecting advanced research with practical applications.
Ethical considerations surrounding AI will also be a focus at the festival, which will highlight responsible AI deployment, transparency, and the evolving workforce landscape. The event will serve as a platform for discussions on AI governance, regulatory policies, and best practices to ensure that AI technologies benefit society while addressing potential risks.
Participants can look forward to an extensive AI exhibition, showcasing the latest advancements in AI-powered solutions. A start-up showcase will allow emerging AI companies to present their innovations to prominent investors. Moreover, the FutureTech World Cup will spotlight promising AI start-ups, linking visionary entrepreneurs with global venture capital firms seeking groundbreaking technologies. The Global FutureTech Innovation Program will also feature young innovators using AI to tackle real-world challenges.
