His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, officially opened the event. He praised the exhibition’s growth over five decades, emphasizing its role as a global platform shaping the healthcare sector. Arab Health, which began in 1975 with just 40 exhibitors, has grown into a major showcase for healthcare innovations. This year, leading global companies are unveiling cutting-edge technologies, while several conferences and forums focus on key topics like sustainability, digital health, and inclusivity.
The new Eco-Sphere feature hosted the Healthcare ESG Forum, addressing sustainability challenges in healthcare, including climate change risks. Attendees also had the chance to meet sports legends Robert Horry and Michael Cooper during the Lakers and UCLA Health Experience, which highlighted the role of sports medicine in enhancing athletic performance.
A series of CME-accredited conferences also kicked off, including the Total Radiology Conference, Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Conference, and Public Health Conference. These sessions tackled topics ranging from radiology advancements to leadership in healthcare and global public health directions.
Additional attractions include the Transformation Zone, showcasing disruptive healthcare technologies, and the Arab Health Village, providing networking spaces and dining options.
Arab Health 2025 is supported by several government entities, including the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, Dubai Health Authority, and Dubai Healthcare City Authority, solidifying Dubai’s position as a hub for healthcare innovation.
